Customer to ensure that a suitable access road and on site offloading area are available for deliveries by articulated vehicles.
Customer responsible for offloading. Telehandler or similar equipment required.
1 delivery allowed for.
1 hour allowed for offloading. Standing time, additional offloading time, changes to delivery within 48 hours of scheduled delivery or any other delivery charges incurred will be back charged to customer.
At time of order, customer to confirm: full delivery address, any special delivery requirements, and a name and phone number for the site contact who will be receiving the delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SYSTEM:
Mounting system supply only, based on customer layout. Does not include:

Foundation design (customer to assess suitability);

Portrait systems incur <5% shading for Bifacial Modules.
It is recommended that for systems that penetrate the ground, that customers carry out a geotechnical study and pile or anchor pull-out tests to ensure that the pile or anchor is suitable for the ground conditions. For ballasted systems, it is recommended that customers carry out geotechnical studies and compression tests to ensure suitability for the ground conditions and wind loads.
Please note the system has been designed and structurally calculated to a fundamental basic UK wind velocity within the UK up to 26m/s and snow loads up to 0.8kN/m2. Customer to check suitability:
